In accordance with Governor Lamont’s Executive Order 7I(13), which suspends in-person budget adoption requirements, the Board of Directors will adopt the FY 2020-21 budget at its May 20 regular BOD meeting. You can view the proposed budget on the website by clicking here. Residents may direct questions and comments to ALD Treasurer Anita Connor prior to 6 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by USPS mail at PO Box 95, Amston, CT 06231. Residents may also comment “in person” by attending the Zoom meeting.
All upcoming Board of Directors meetings will be conducted online via Zoom webinar. Access information for each meeting will be posted on the monthly meeting agenda, and will also be sent to residents who have signed up for the email blast system. To participate, clink the hyperlink on the agenda and connect to audio using either your computer speakers or dialing into the number provided on the agenda. If you have already downloaded Zoom on your computer, you can also connect to the meeting by entering the meeting ID. Zoom is also available to download on your smart phone in the app store.
