The Amston Lake District owns the Amston Lake, Main
Beach (on the Hebron side), Lollipop Beach (on the Lebanon side), the Berglund
lot across from Main Beach, various rights-of-way (providing access to the lake from
Deepwood Drive) and a number of Lebanon private roads.
Dave O'Brien is the
acting lake health coordinator responsible for lake water quality and weed management.
Carl Wool is responsible for land-based activities, including
beach maintenance and mowing as well as maintenance of Lebanon private roads.
The Amston Lake newsletter
"The AmstonLaker" is published several times a year and mailed to residents
as well as being available on the web
site. The
Amston Lake Goals &
Objectives document prioritizes matters that Amston Lake District Board of
Directors considers important in maintaining the ecological health and
recreational value of Amston Lake.
